Frisca cu reductie de portocale

Reteta frisca cu reductie de portocale

 

Un desert usor si foarte aromat!

Pentru reductie (4 portii): o cana suc de portocale (fresh), o lingura de zahar brun, o lingura de coniac

Incalziti o craticioara, pe foc mic. Adaugati zaharul iar cand incepe sa se topeasca adaugati coniacul. Dupa cateva secunde, adaugati si sucul de portocale si lasati sa fiarba. Amestecati din cand in cand, pana se evapora si obtineti un sos mai gros (cam 15 minute).

Intre timp, obtineti o frisca solida, din praf sau smantana lichida, cum va este mai usor sau cu ce aveti in frigider.

Puneti frisca in pahare si pastrati la frigider. Cand este gata sosul, raciti craticioara cateva minute in apa rece, appi turnati sosul peste frisca. Si gata desertul!
